Yes. If you are a Type 1 or Type 2 and always taking more insulin to “cover your food” or other classes of diabetes meds, then you most likely have uncontrolled insulin resistance and a fatty liver. Learning the right way to fast to simultaneously reduce your med dosing and while healing the insulin resistance is a goal and taught in this course. During the program, you are requested to consult your doctor for specific medication management.
